Yeah, i’ve been hearing “third time’s a charm” a lot lately. I don’t know… i’ve been putting a lot of thought into it, but i think i’m going to wait til it gets closer to the time of next season’s auditions so make a final decision, just to see how i’m feeling about it and where i’m at in my life as well. haha:] but thanks for having faith in me. i appreciate it.:)

I am writing this letter specifically directed towards the boys trapped in this “Friend Zone”. I am going to be completely blunt. There’s always those few guys that make up the “Friend Zone,” and usually if they are bold enough, they will post some idiot-proof status or photoshopped picture thing that some other guy in the Friend Zone made stating that girls that say they can’t find a good guy need to look in the Friend Zone. And this is usually implied in a condescending manner to make girls look stupid, like what they are looking for is right in front of them, and it really shouldn’t be appreciated. Here’s the real deal for these “said-guys” in this “said-friend zone”. I am a girl, so at least i have some idea in this trend. You may agree with me or not, this is just what I think personally.

1.) I’ll be honest, I am shallow. The first thing i look for in a guy is how hot he is. I can’t tell you how many guys i’ve filed in the friend zone because they aren’t good looking. (Told you i’m shallow. ) And it’s not like these guys are jerks or whatever, on the contrary they usually have a great personality and sense of humor and are intelligent, the next few things i look for in guys. but if a guy does have all of that but looks like he needs to wear a paper bag over his head, then he can just say “hello” to my friend zone. Girls have hearts, so to us it’s just too mean to flat out say to a guy “you’re ugly, do something about it, then we’ll talk”. I understand that saying that you should accept people for how they are, but you just can’t do that in this world. yeah it sounds good and everything, but that’s just not how things work. But seriously dudes, just do something about your look, maintain the charm, and when you decide to be hot, don’t turn into an ~~asshole~~. Then try us.

2.) Another reason why girls put guys in the friend zone is because…well…they may just be more interested in someone else. and there’s really nothing you could do about that. you may want to try referring back to #1, and if that’s not the case, then it’s time for you to move along to the next one. TRUTH.You can always try attempting to weasel in for the rebound whenever the guy she really likes isn’t giving her much of the time of day, but that usually never works. once a girl is hooked on a guy, she is HOOKED. unless you have close to forever to go in for the kill then move along.

So i just had to be honest about this issue. There have been so many guys i’ve used the excuse to put guys in the friend zone that really shouldn’t be there. I guess you can say i have exceedingly high expectations. but guys should not be bagging on girls saying that their blind and they need to take a walk into the friend zone to find the right guy, and maybe girls need to stop being so superficial and picky, that’s my job. :)
